The Norwegian Colorectal Cancer Registry (NCCR) is a national clinical quality registry within the Cancer Registry of Norway that collects detailed information on colorectal cancer cases across Norway. It includes data on diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and patient outcomes to support quality improvement in healthcare and provide a foundation for clinical research. The registry contains rectal cancer data dating back to 1993 and colon cancer data from 2007, with the overall aim of improving patient care and advancing knowledge about colorectal cancer.
The Cancer Registry of Norway collaborates with health professionals and researchers to develop the clinical registry. The clinical registry contains information on all cases of colorectal cancer (ICD-10 C18, C19, C20) registered in Norway.
